Digital compliance

Digital compliance in Spain, without stopping your business

We help companies and freelancers in Spain comply with the digital obligations that affect them: VeriFactu, mandatory B2B e-invoicing, compliant invoicing software and web accessibility. We review how you work today, choose or adapt the software and leave it running, with support afterwards.

Sound familiar?

  • “My invoicing software says it ‘will comply’, but nobody explains what I have to do.”

  • “Every month I read a different date and I don’t know if it applies to me.”

  • “Our large customers are already asking for structured e-invoices.”

  • “We use several programs that don’t talk to each other.”

Frequently asked questions

What is VeriFactu?
It is the name commonly used for Spain’s regulation on invoicing software (Royal Decree 1007/2023). It requires every invoice to generate a tamper-proof record chained to the previous one and to include a QR code so that the customer can verify it with the Tax Agency.
Are VeriFactu and e-invoicing the same thing?
No. VeriFactu regulates the software you use to issue invoices. B2B e-invoicing requires invoices between businesses to be exchanged in a structured electronic format and their payment status to be reported. Most companies are affected by both.
When does VeriFactu apply?
From October 2028, for companies and freelancers, at the same time as B2B e-invoicing, as announced by the Ministry of Finance on 5 October 2026. If you invoice with your own ERP, CRM or custom software, we can integrate VeriFactu into it.
Does this apply to foreign companies?
It applies to businesses established in Spain and, in many cases, to permanent establishments. If you operate in Spain through a subsidiary or branch, we can review your case.
